Million Powers

The Rockwells had played with I Need Sleep and Matgo Primo on a few occasions in Knoxville in the early 2000s, and it was through those bands that we met Justin Powers. He had worked at Tomato Head with both Trace and Tommy, and it was through them that he contacted us about working on one of his solo songs (under the moniker Million Powers). The result was a hell of a song, and we had a great time working together while recording it, mostly because Justin is a terrific human being as well as a fantastic musician and songwriter. Justin went on to form Marina Orchestra.
